GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Gift Certificates are available and you can purchase them for
a specific package, dollar amount or create your own package.
For an additional amount, lunch can be included to any package.
SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT
When making an appointment, we require
a Credit Card Number or a Cash Deposit to guarantee the reservation.
(NO EXCEPTIONS) We recommend
reservations to be made 2 to 3 weeks in advanced, particularly
for packages, on weekends or holidays. (Changes to services must
be made one week in advance to scheduled appointment. All appointments
are final after 48 hours of change).
SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT WITH A GIFT CERTIFICATE
When making an appointment, the Gift Certificate and a Credit
Card Number are necessary to guarantee the reservation (NO
EXCEPTIONS).
PRICE INCREASE OF GIFT CERTIFICATES
If a gift certificate is purchased for particular services
or packages, after 1 year, the redeemer will be responsible
for any increase in package price.
REQUIREMENTS: Bathing trunks, are required for males.
We recommend bringing a robe and sandals for spa packages. We
can provide one-size-fits all.
REFUNDS: No refunds on gift certificates. It may be exchanged
for other services of equal or increased value; which the customer
is responsible for any additional charges - or given to someone else for redemption.
CANCELLATION: We require all cancellations
be made 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. If appointment
is canceled less than 48 hours, we automatically charge CC for full
value of the service, or gift certificate card will be charge, if you do
not show up for a scheduled appointment and never called in to
change or cancel it, we will charge Full
Price on services (NO EXCEPTIONS).

RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen gift certificates. Please do not call our office in regards to your lost
or stolen gift certificate.
MUST present actual Gift Certificate at the time of appointment.
GRATUITY (TIP): We do not accept gratuities with purchase of Gift Certificates. Gratituity can be applied to check and CC purchases for services.
