PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary from technician to technician due to products or procedure.
SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS: When making an appointment(s), we require a Credit Card Number or a 100% Cash Deposit to guarantee all reservation. Please note that there will be no compensation for late arrivals.
(NO EXCEPTIONS). We recommend reservations be made 2 to 3 weeks in advanced, particularly for packages on weekends or holidays. (Changes to services must be made one week in advance to scheduled appointment. All appointments are final after 48 hours of change)
SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS:
WITH A GIFT CARD: When making an appointment, the Gift Card and a Credit Card Number are required to guarantee the reservation (NO EXCEPTIONS)
CANCELLATION: We require all cancellations
be made 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. If appointment
is canceled less than 48 hours, we automatically charge CC for full
value of the service, or gift certificate card will be charge, if you do
not show up for a scheduled appointment and never called in to
change or cancel it, we will charge Full
Price on services (NO EXCEPTIONS).
REFUNDS: No refunds on service(s) rendered. No refunds on gift certificates. It may be exchanged for other services of equal or increased value; which the customer is responsible for any additional charges.
REQUIREMENTS: Bathing suites are required. We recommend bringing a robe and sandals for spa packages. We can provide one-size-fits all.
GRATUITY(TIP): You are welcome to leave a tip. They may be given in cash or may be included in your check or credit card purchase.
MASSAGES: All massages are NON-SEXUAL. Offensive language or conduct will immediately terminate massage session. Client will be obligated to pay for full session.
TALKING: No cell phone use during service. Also, no loud talking is allowed in spa area.

ALCOHOL: Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on spa grounds.
RETURNED CHECKS: There is a service charge of $35.00 up to $200.00 for each returned check allowed by law. You will also be responsible for any and all collection, attorney and court fee’s, if any.
LA CONCHA SPA is NOT RESPONSIBLE for refunds or replacement of any lost or stolen gift certificates, as gift certificates are transferable. Please do not call our office in regards to your lost or stolen gift certificate.
LA CONCHA SPA has the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.
